Integrated Management System General Policy


In accordance with ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standards, Tomarok Engineering and Consultancy Inc. commits to :

  • meeting the requirements arising from national, international, or sectoral regulations, to comply with Standard requirements of relevant legislations, to meet the obligations arising from agreements, and to fulfill the requirements arising from corporate responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders,
  • apply sanctions within the scope of relevant legal and regulatory legislation and company procedures to individuals and legal entities, whether inside or outside the organization, who exhibit behaviors that are contrary to the system,
  • to protect the credibility and brand image of the organization,
  • sharing all of our accumulated knowledge and experience, as well as the latest technologies we use, for the development and growth of our customers,
  • developing relationships with our customers and employees within the framework of mutual trust and honesty,
  • being responsive to customer requests and complaints, evaluate them within the principles of transparency, impartiality, and confidentiality, and resolve them as soon as possible,
  • understanding the development process followed by the industry, providing solutions to changing needs, and try to lead the change,
  • Providing secure access to ours and stakeholders’ information assets,
  • maintaining the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of information,
  • To assess and manage risks that may arise on its and its stakeholders’ information assets,
  • To provide continous training that will improve employee competencies,
  • Within the active structure of the quality management system, to continuously increase service quality and ensure the continuity of the relationships and satisfaction with our customers,
  • To complete every project started on time, with the desired quality, and within budget limits,
  • To provide the necessary resources for our activities,
